Le Boitet is a new high-altitude restaurant located near the Saint-Gervais slalom stadium, 200 metres from the terminus of the Bettex cable car and on the slopes of the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area.
This cosy venue, well known to ski instructors, boasts breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range.
With its chalet feel and sunny terrace, it’s the perfect spot for a gourmet break after a day on the slopes.
Chef Emmanuel Renaut, with his three Michelin stars, offers simple, hearty cuisine inspired by time-honoured family and mountain traditions.

The menu at Le Boitet, devised by chef Emmanuel Renaut, celebrates mountain flavours in the form of comforting, gourmet dishes.
On the menu, you’ll find classic dishes such as hunter’s terrine, Beaufort cheese quiche, tartiflette with farmhouse Reblochon, and venison bolognaise.
The dishes are generous and tasty, and are accompanied by unmissable regional specialities such as our croûte au fromage – a more upmarket version of cheese on toast!
For dessert, the tarts to share, chocolate mousse, rum baba and the classic Mont-Blanc, made of baked meringue, whipped cream and sweet chestnut cream, are utterly irresistible.
On the drinks side, a fine selection of French wines and in particular some real gems from Savoie such as Mondeuse d’Arbin and Roussette, offer the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
Takeaway on the slopes
Le Boitet also offers a take-away menu for skiers on the slopes of Saint-Gervais.
Gourmet options include our Beaufort croque monsieur made with Savoy ham and sourdough bread, hearty slices of mountain quiche, as well as charcuterie and alpine cheeses.
Orders can be placed and collected directly from the restaurant terrace.
