Discover a unique, ever-evolving menu inspired by the alpine nature and the chef’s sensitivity.

Emmanuel Renaut

The sensibility of mountain cuisine and its creator

Chef Emmanuel Renaut is madly in love with his Alpine region that provides the source for his inspiration.
Be it the mountain peaks where rose hip and gentian bloom, the woods and forests where ceps and chanterelles hide, or the fertile plains extending as far as Lake Geneva and home to arctic char, the Alps are a colourful market brought to life.

The result of this encounter with nature is a cuisine of tastes and emotions, at once pure and sensitive, direct and subtle, but above all infinitely expressive.
Without ostentation, Emmanuel Renaut’s 3-star gastronomic signature eschews the superfluous in favour of the essential, taking each guest on a journey of discovery in a mountain terroir of untold aromatic promise.

A deeply sensory experience, to be enjoyed as part of a unique menu.

Emmanuel Renaut

A love of fine wine

The wine list at chef Emmanuel Renaut’s 3-star Michelin-starred restaurant in Megève is a tour of France and beyond and inspired by the passion of winegrowers.
Bringing together bottles of prestige from the great wine houses with vintages from lesser-known artisans and up-and-coming estates, it tells of a love of Alpine winegrowers.
From the extraordinary old vintages of Michel Grisard to Apremont, Roussette and Chignin-Bergeron, Savoie reveals its many riches.

Chef Renaut’s exceptional collection of chartreuses is also well worth a visit.
With bottles dating from before 1900, including green and yellow chartreuse, Chartreuse MOF, Chartreuse Episcopal, Chartreuse Anisette and the extremely rareChartreuse Queen of Liqueurs, connoisseurs will be in for a real treat.
