In a bistro-style mountain setting, with wooden beams and checkered curtains, Flocons Village evokes both indulgence and authenticity.
A new glass canopy, installed at the restaurant’s entrance to house the wine cellar, offers great visibility of the Alpine winemakers’ bottles selected by the establishment. Creamy Swiss fondue, Savoie IGP raclette, tartiflette made with farmstead Reblochon AOP—here, authenticity is taken seriously. Flocons Village tells the story of the local terroir, traditions, flower-dotted Alpine pastures, and the rich milk of Tarine and Abondance cows, from which the finest mountain cheeses are made. Centered around the essential dishes of Alpine gastronomy, the menu at Emmanuel Renaut’s mountain restaurant proudly declares its love for quality ingredients and local artisans. Sourced through short supply chains from small-scale farmers, these products are the soul of a generous, deeply rooted cuisine.
